Brasserie Trio - Concert on April 20 from 19 clock
TRIO BRASSERIE
The New Sound in Town
After trumpeter Werner Riedel had switched to valve trombone and fell straight into the new sound that emerged after Jamsessios with old friends from the Munich jazz scene soon a solid trio. Because it made everyone involved a lot of fun to play with the new sound unfamiliar, it was natural to work on an exciting repertoire to go on stage.
The double bass and guitar by Rudi Schiessl Peter Satzger are the perfect complement to the soft, rippling sound of the valve trombone. As another option, bass trumpet and euphonium can still be used for a variety of tone colors. Stylistically entwikelt a kind of chamber jazz, from the more soft sounds, especially the interplay the transparent small cast lives. The processing of jazz standards, ballads, latin and funky pieces that cover a broad musical spectrum. Names like Miles Davis, Charlie Parker, Henry Mancini, Rogers and Hart, Antonio Carlos Jobim and Clifford Brown are only representative of many other composers mentioned.
Make yourself enjoying a relaxing evening, the new sound of the soft sheet!
